Just going shopping was like an expedition to the Arctic, with all the extra bags needed .had I got the nappies, bottles, change of clothes etc.. etc and of course baby ! I'd normally forget something, which meant another trip to the shops was needed. (Have you noticed the lack of memory after having a baby!) True to form, the items I'd forget were normally baby related .and I'd probably forget to go back to the shops anyway, so I'd be frantically trying to find a spare nappy I'd put somewhere Also adding to the problem was that I'd always be buying small packets which lasted two minutes! Hence the reason NAPPIES DIRECT was born. If only I could have rung someone and said "Help, bring me some nappies QUICK!" | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling We supply to the UK, Mainland Europe, Norway and Sweden. ORDERING AND DELIVERY Our aim is to deal with your order quickly and efficiently. As soon as we receive payment, we will process your order straightaway. We aim to work on a 48 hour delivery from stocked items. Certain items may be on an extended delivery time eg. wardrobes or dressers. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time when you place the order and will keep you fully informed of the progress of the order until delivery. From the time you place the order to the time you receive the goods we will keep you up to date by email or telephone. If you need to telephone us we can be contacted on 0113 322 6202 Orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Please check the boxes carefully before signing. If a box is damaged, please note the box is damaged on the docket when signing. Shortages and damage should be reported to us within 48 hours. Our carriers deliver between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. When we receive your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery day to suit you. If the carriers try to deliver your order and you are not available they will leave a card and try to deliver the next working day. If you are still not available they will leave another card and try to deliver the following working day. If you are still not available or refuse the goods you will be required to pay any extra carriage costs incurred. We are unable to post to BFPO addresses as our carriers do not have a contract to do this, we can therefore only post to full home or work postal addresses which are non BFPO |

RETURNS (Distance Selling Act - Does not include items purchased from our premises) If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them for a refund within 7 days. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. If you require us to arrange collection of an item, please contact us for a quote. Goods should be in an unused resaleable condition, with their original packaging. The refund excludes the cost of post/carriage of goods to yourself. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods in their original condition. If returning a car seat due to not fitting your vehicle then these must be returned in all original packaging, with full instructions in a resaleable condition. Car seats are purchased on the understanding that they may not fit your specific vehicle and should ideally be fitted by ourselves. Collection can be arranged but there is a charge for this. The above excludes mattresses and bespoke items. Self assembly furniture cannot be refunded if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. When returning items please remember to take an envelope to tape to the outside of the packaging, containing your name, address and order number or receipt number. GUARANTEE If a fault develops on an item you have purchased within the first 28 days of receipt, we will give you a replacement or refund following verification at the Service Centre. No collection/carriage fees will be charged. If a fault should develop after 28 days but within the guarantee period, we will send out spare parts free of charge wherever possible. We reserve the right to send the goods to the Service Centre for inspection to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault. Should the item need to be repaired or replaced, this will be done free of charge and no carriage costs will be charged. If a product is damaged due to accident or misuse you will be charged for the carriage costs incurred and any repairs carried out. We will contact you before carrying out these repairs. OUT OF GUARANTEE For items which develop faults outside the guarantee period, we will be pleased to quote for repairs.
